MarginNotes offers a small-format pop-up tea service for private events, bookshop gatherings, literary events, and community spaces. We bring our blends to you — brewed fresh, served simply.

Dirty Tea — espresso meets cold brew

First Light — green tea base, espresso, oat milk, honey
By Lamplight — black tea base, espresso, oat milk, vanilla
Soft Refrain — herbal base, espresso, oat milk, lavender honey
Milk Tea — boba style, no pearls
Our blends brewed strong, shaken with your choice of milk over ice. The familiar comfort of a milk tea, made with tea worth tasting.
First Light Milk Tea — green tea, oat milk, honey, served over ice
By Lamplight Milk Tea — black tea, oat milk, brown sugar, served over ice
Soft Refrain Milk Tea — herbal tea, oat milk, vanilla, served over ice
Available with whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk.
Loaded Tea — high energy, made from tea
Bright, caffeinated, built for the afternoon. Each loaded tea is made with a concentrated organic tea brew, coconut water, B-vitamin complex, and fruit flavors. Bold color, real ingredients, no proprietary blends.
The First Chapter — green tea base, mango, citrus, coconut water
The Long Afternoon — black tea base, berry, lemon, coconut water
The Still Hour — hibiscus base, watermelon, lime, coconut water
Served over ice. Lightly sweetened.

MarginNotes pop-up service is available for private events, bookshop nights, literary gatherings, and wellness-adjacent spaces in the Houston area and up to 100 miles beyond. We work best in intimate settings — think 20 to 80 guests.
Where we go: Houston and surrounding areas including Galveston, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Beaumont, and Austin corridor events on a case-by-case basis.
Event minimum: $200 minimum spend per event.
Booking window: We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Events booked within 2 weeks of the date are subject to a rush service premium.
